From Bison Brewery in Berkeley California comes organic beer Kermit the Hop. This beer has 3 lbs of hops per 
barrel and shows with an ABV of 8.5%. The beer pours a nice golden color with a decent head that left some very nice lacing. Pine and citrus hits the nose and with an IBU rating of 80, what follows is to be expected. The finish has hints of grapefruit, citrus and of course, bitterness. This beer paired very nicely with the slice of spicy sausage pizza that I had. If you have tried any other brews from Bison, let me know below.
